Good morning Caleb!

Caleb can be real chirpy in the morning. Yup, like a bird ...

He can keep on smiling and chuckle. Sometimes he can shriek very loud too... He will laugh and smile looking at you or with anything you say to him, like "you little rascal botak head" he laughed,"I dont want to give you nen nen anymore" he laughed, "I smack you on the butt, ok?" and he laughed.
I'm now still breastfeed him if he wakes up in the middle of the night. His sleeping time is around 9pm and probably will wake up at 2 or 3am and I've to wake up to nurse him. He'll wake up again at 5am to nurse again. And probably wake up again at 6:30am or 7am. If I'm too tired I'll nurse him again. I sleep, he sleep. If he can't go back to sleep, that's it... It's my wake up time too...Sigh... No wonder I'm losing weight that fast ( I still have 4kg to go back to my pre-pregnancy weight)

Last night Caleb was throwing tantrum. Normally I'll change him into pyjamas at around 8pm or 8:30pm. He will whine whine whine until around 9pm and then sleep. But last night, I was feeding him, then he started to close his eyes even before he finished up his bottle. I let him sleep on my arm for a while before took him inside the room. Before I put him down he was wide awake and start to whine again, kns... I have to nurse him back again until he really really close his eyes only then I can out him down on bed and that was at around 11pm. He sleep through the night until 5am.

When he woke at 5am, he started to smile at me again.....

Nurse him for almost 1h to get him to sleep but he totally wide awake 2 hours later...

1. Fisher-Price: 2 in 1 Musical Turtle Gym from Littlewhiz


See, Caleb is so happy playing with it. He better be happy cause it dont come cheap, ok?


Caleb wants attention all the time, doesnt matter carry him, talk to him or make monkey face at him, as long as there is somebody entertain him, he wont whine/yell/scream (cry is mild action,ok?)

Who so free to attend to him 24/7 wor...so we bought this hoping that it can occupied him for a while (so that I and the rest of the family can go do other things )

So far okla...he can spend around half an hour playing with it.


First, it got 3 heights that you can adjust for storage, mid position for bat-at play and low to ground position for tummy play. Next it come with 3 different hanging toys particularly a snail, a duck, a frog and a mirror reflected his own face (I caught him having a conversation to the mirror once...cute :D)


Everytime he kick the duck with 3 clackers, there'll be a music and light comes along. Got 3 different type of music too. Not those typical ear-piercing-irritating music but kind of soothing one. Good investment!

2. Angel mama Bottom Balm and Baby Powder (without talc content of course) from Little Green Buddies.

ThisAngel mama balm smell heavenly and it works like magic too. It suppose to use on diaper rash but so far Caleb did not have any. So, I use it when I see he got mosquito bites. Red and big bumps on his hands, legs or head, yup, his botak head stung by mosquito sometimes. The next day, the redness disappeared! Bump also not there anymore. So good....

It says on the bottle that this amazing balm does double duty as "first-aid-in-a-jar" for the whole family to use on minor cuts, scrapes, rashes, burns and more. Amazing hor....


Gaia Baby Powder is free from talc, artificial colour and fragrance. All ingredients are derived from organic and natural sources. As baby skins is still delicate, so I dont mind to pay a little bit extra for his organic toiletries... I tell you, it worth it.

I use it on Caleb's neck, armpit and nappy area to absorb those excess moisture built up because this little guy sweat a lot ohh....especially those skin folds on his neck.


The owner is so nice that she straight away send it to jk's office after, of course payment has been made. Jk bring it back for me over the weekend. Not bad, see, she even put it into a nice packaging.Definitely will buy from her again.

3. Bibs from momsbestgift
I've checked so many website selling Carter's bib and I found them got the lowest price. They got various of designs to choose from and these is what I got for Caleb...

This one suit Caleb the best. "Hungry Saurus" When Saurus hungry, they ROAR! GRRR! ans CHOMP! Yes, Caleb like that when he is hungry...lol

At first I thought to get some daddy's wording to get Caleb closer to his daddy. But his daddy said this look like prisoner wor....see la, see la... SighNice ma...no meh?

Caleb was born under Leo sign of the zodiac. So, this bib suit him the best. Roaarrrrrr!!!!

It serve its purpose though...but due to Caleb's neck still quite small and the opening of the bib is fix, sometimes when Caleb spill milk after his meal, the milk got into his neck and cloth soaking wet. But it work when Caleb is drooling...

Happy 3-months-old birthday

Caleb turn 3 months today.

Pink colour nice leh...

People will say "Wow..time flies hor. So fast already 3 months already"

But if you are the one who taking care and facing the chaotic of such a demanding and challenging baby, you should be saying: "Aiiii....only 3 months, by the way, when can he start crawl ar?"

Right now Caleb can be really smiley when you smile or talk to him. He talks a lot too particularly if you reply everything he said, as if both of you are having a conversation. His favourite sentence is "Aaaaahhhh.......gooooooo" and if you reply him with "aaaaahhh gooooo" he will chuckle loudly and get excited, waving his arm and kicking his leg. Sometimes he can squeal very loud.

All these happy scene last only momentarily... his mood change into thunderstorm in a matter of seconds.

As he is turning 3 months now, we got a surprise for him. That is taking his naked pictures...haha


I'm a big boy now. See I can stand already....in my birthday suit :D

First time Caleb sleep without lulling

First time in the history that Caleb sleeping on his own. This happened few days ago when I was having dinner in the kitchen and my mom and dad playing with Caleb in living.

I heard my dad said: 'ok ok, sleepy hor...then close your eyes la....close your eyes....okok, close your eyes and sleep, sleep, sleeeeeeeeepppppp....'

Then after I've finished my dinner, I went out and see this little fellow eyes his eyes and sleep already.

In less than 10minutes, slowly the eyes open abit...Next thing you know, the eyes wide open already. Sigh......Caleb....Caleb. Why cant you let mommy rest awhile....

Caleb special gift..

Caleb got this sleeves romper few weeks ago by courier from one of his daddy's friend, Auntie Wendy. See? It's specially drawn with Caleb's name on it.


It was so beautifully done and at first I thought she asked some printing company to do it but when I checked the label, the romper itself was from Mothercare. Then only I realised that she draw it herself. Wow...what a meaningful and thoughtful gift.

But the sad thing is that when Caleb got this romper, he already weight 5.1kg


And Caleb got a big round head that hardly can squeeze into the opening. One fine day after I bathed him, I just decide to let him try on and took a picture of it. I mmsed to jk and asked him to send it to Auntie Wendy to see how this fei chai fits in...

Oh yea, this romper is really body-tight. Caleb's big round tummy showing....

He only wear it once, now he really hardly can fit in... :)

The day Caleb turned into little monk

The day Caleb went botak was on 23/9/09. I didnt realise it until just now that it was exactly 2 months ago since birth. Some may shave their baby on fullmoon but since my baby have special case, we have to bear for awhile until we can completely shave him.

What is the reason? Well....
Caleb's curly-a.k.a.-maggi mee hair. Jk said that I ate too much maggi mee resulting in this. If somebody told me earlier that this the consequences, then I might opt for spagetti instead.

After my 3rd aunt & her family left on 22/9 (yup, Caleb's hair went for exhibition :D), straight away my mom and I took him to get his hair shaved. One disadvantage of having curly hair is that it trapped 'sampah' alot. And it's so hard to get rid of, everytime I just snipped it off together with the hair.

You see that pink colour towel? Talking about that towel makes me regret that I didnt change it to nappy cloth since I brought a few pieces with me. I dont know how many ppl been using that towel because I saw alot of hairs entangled on it and I bet that piece of cloth smell like shit. No I didnt smell it lar....I was so busy taking pictures and another hand holding a piece of newspaper collecting Caleb's hair.

But at the end, Caleb puked on the towel. Haha..I really said some prayer to whoever waiting for his hair cut after Caleb. Man..that is so gross!!

See? Caleb sit so steady waiting for hair cut. Amazingly, he didnt whine a bit.

I think he rather enjoy it...Hey uncle, careful with your 'white-bone-claw', ok?


Caleb, you remember this uncle who make you botak, ok?
